- Description: These papers mainly relate to the families' estates in the parishes of Weeford, Lichfield and Shenstone in Staffordshire, the bulk of which consist of deeds and family settlements. There are also some 18th century estate accounts and detailed inventories of goods at Fisherwick Hall, owned by Samuel Swinfen from 1756 to 1758. Among the personal records are papers relating to the enlargement of Weeford Church in the early 19th century and copies of the Swinfen Ballad.
