- Administrative History: Darlaston is an ancient parish, in existence since the medieval period. Its ecclesiastical parish boundary was altered in 1844 when the neighbouring parish of Darlaston St George was created; again in 1845 when Moxley was created; in 1872 when Darlaston All Saints was created; and then in 1973 when it gained Darlaston St George.
